Shipping/Returns

Shipping

Australia Post have advised our team that there is extended delays due to Covid-19. This is Australia Wide. You may not see visibility on your tracking, but rest assured Australia Post will continue moving their parcels as fast as they can.

All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Perth, WA, and all orders are Safe Dropped. 

Once you place an order with us, you will receive a tracking number within 48hrs, which you can use to track your parcel. 

 

For shipping costs Australia wide:

 

Regular Post:​

  • For items below 5kg the standard shipping cost is $10

  • For items over 5Kg the standard shipping cost is $20

  • 1-6 Business Days (may take up to 2 weeks due to Covid-19). 

 

Express Post:

  • For items below 5kg the standard shipping cost is $20

  • For items over 5kg the standard shipping cost is $30

  • 1-3 Business Days (may take up to 1 week due to Covid-19).

 

All orders are usually dispatched Monday and Thursday. Order cut off for Monday is 10am AWST and for Thursday 1pm AWST.

 

We don't take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

You may experience an additional waiting period for despatch and delivery during peak periods, sale events, Covid-19 outbreaks and uncontrollable weather events.

Returns

If the product is faulty, you can request a full refund or exchange (exchanges are subject to product availability). No refund can be made if the product is opened. Customer bares return shipping cost.
